How long do I have to sit my course?
Once purchased, a course key is valid for a period of 90 days. If the key is not used in this time, it will expire and no access will be permitted. The course fee will not be refunded if the key expires due to no access in this time frame.
Once a key has been activated and access gained to a course, the course must be completed within 30 days. The user can gain access, complete part of the course and log out. When they next log in they will be able to resume their progress from where they left off.
Do your courses have any prerequisites?
Currently, none of our courses require any previous qualifications as entry requirements. If a course requires specific entry requirements, these will be identified in the course information.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand situations may occur which result in the need for a cancellation.
Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing the details in this form. All requests will be replied to within 24 hours of being sent.
The refund will be granted to the person who originally purchased the course(s). Note: refunds maybe subject to an administration fee
